Thanks to those of you who put on your aprons, Saturday, October 15, learning to cook an authentic Ethiopian meal under the expert guidance of Eleni Woldeyes. Proceeds from the Ethiopian Cook-Along Class resulted in reaching half our goal in building toilets for kindergarten classrooms at Walaj Elementary School in rural Gondar. Thank you for supporting us.
